Attorney Scott Neinas has been a licensed attorney representing clients in family law matters since 2009. He has made numerous court appearances in San Diego County Courts advocating for family law clients. He has also made appearances in federal bankruptcy law at 341(a) hearings.

Attorney Neinas graduated from Eastern Michigan University where he majored in Journalism and minored in English Literature. He then attended the University of Toledo College of Law where he served as a Law Review editor and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also served as an intern for U.S. District Judge John Corbett O’Meara. Attorney Neinas handled family law matters, criminal defense, bankruptcy and other civil litigation in Michigan before moving to San Diego in 2014.
Attorney Neinas has been admitted to practice law in California, Michigan and Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Attorney Neinas is a member of the Oceanside Pacific Kiwanis Club, and is a past president of the Monroe Kiwanis Club in Monroe, Michigan. He also served as a member of the Monroe Citizens Planning Commission.
Attorney Neinas resides in Oceanside. He enjoys playing ice hockey, pickleball and boogie boarding at the beach.
