On May 22, 2008 Edmunds, Green & Robinson, LLP, was granted yet another favorable decision by the Administrative Law Judge in a National Security case proving that experience makes the difference. Case number 07-04462 involved a 39 year old applicant who received a Letter of Intent to Deny Security Clearance based on Guideline B (Foreign Influence). Attorney James Green submitted several items into evidence. The applicant and five witnesses testified. Upon evaluation the Judge found that is was clearly consistent with the national interest to grant the Applicant’s security clearance.

Edmunds, Green & Robinson, LLP has received another favorable decision, this time from the Department of the Army, Army Discharge Review Board. On March 10, 2008, case number AR20070005186 was upgraded from a discharge Under Other than Honorable Conditions to a General Discharge, Under Honorable Conditions. Attorney James W. Attorney Green appeared in front of the Army Discharge Review Board to present the Applicant’s case and was able to prove that the characterization of the service was too harsh.
