Alan V. Edmunds
Alan Edmunds is a licensed California Attorney who has been practicing for more than 30 years. Mr. Edmunds has handled hundreds of contested trials in Federal and State Courts. Mr. Edmunds has been featured on national television and has appeared in newspapers, radio programs, and television programs on dozens of cases throughout his career.
Mr. Edmunds handles cases in family law, military law, and government security administrative law matters. He has been recognized as an accomplished trial lawyer in family law cases and an aggressive advocate in national security clearance matters.
In addition to his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Miami and Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law Mr. Edmunds has also earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He has acted as a consultant and coach to numerous business clients. Mr. Edmunds possesses unique skills and qualifications to assist clients in solving problems, but also to offer consulting and coaching services to individuals with business questions and family law matters.
Mr. Edmunds is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers and is a certified Human Resource Generalist. His experience in Human Resources, coupled with his formal education in business administration, has been a valuable asset to businesses and employees.
Mr. Edmunds is married and has five children.

Recent Victories
On November 17, 2011, The Edmunds Law Firm received notification of a favorable security clearance determination. The Edmunds Law Firm prepared and submitted a written response to the National Security Agency on behalf of the Applicant. The firm was successful in mitigating the security concerns under Guideline J: Criminal Conduct, Guideline F: Financial Considerations and Guideline E: Personal Conduct, without the need for a hearing. The allegations against the Applicant pertained to $100,000 worth of stolen equipment from his former employer and failing to claim up to $10,000 worth of purchases on his state income taxes. The Edmunds Law Firm submitted a letter of appeal and supporting documentation to prove the Applicant had taken actions to rectify and mitigate those behaviors which resulted in the original denial decision. The firm prevailed and the Applicant was found eligible to maintain his security clearance.
